Integrating Zoom with Allboarder enhances your event management by seamlessly incorporating video conferencing capabilities. This guide provides detailed instructions on adding, using, and removing the Zoom integration within Allboarder.

1. Adding the Zoom Integration

To connect your Zoom account with AllboarderYou :

  1. Access Integration Settings:

    • Log in to your Allboarder account.

    • Navigate to the Settings page.

    • Select the Integrations tab.

  2. Connect Zoom Account:

    • In the list of available integrations, locate Zoom.

    • Click on the Connect button next to Zoom.

    • You will be redirected to the Zoom authorization page.

    • Sign in to your Zoom account if prompted.

    • Authorize Allboarder to access your Zoom account by clicking Allow.

If you do not connect zoom through the integrations page, you will be prompted to connect with zoom if you attempt to assign a blueprint that has an event with zoom selected as the video option.

Once connected, your Zoom account will be integrated with Allboarder, enabling you to schedule Zoom meetings directly from the platform.

2. Using Zoom in Allboarder Events

To utilize Zoom as the video conferencing option when creating an event:

  1. Create a New Event:

    • Navigate to the Blueprints section within Allboarder.

    • Click on Create New Event or select an existing blueprint to modify.

  2. Select Zoom as Video Option:

    • Within the event creation or editing interface, locate the Video Options settings.

    • From the available video conferencing options, select Zoom.

  3. Finalize Event Details:

    • Enter all necessary event information, such as title, date, time, and participants.

    • Save or publish the event.

Participants will receive invitations containing the Zoom meeting link, allowing them to join the session at the scheduled time.

3. Removing the Zoom Integration

If you need to disconnect your Zoom account from Allboarder:

  1. Access Integration Settings:

    • Log in to your Allboarder account.

    • Navigate to the Settings page.

    • Select the Integrations tab.

  2. Disconnect Zoom Account:

    • In the list of active integrations, locate Zoom.

    • Click on the Disconnect button next to Zoom.

    • Confirm the disconnection when prompted.

After disconnection, Allboarder will no longer have access to your Zoom account, and any future events will not include Zoom meeting links unless the integration is re-established.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage the Zoom integration within Allboarder, enhancing your event planning and execution with integrated video conferencing.
